We'll celebrate the birthday of the trees and our connection to nature in a gorgeous environment. We'll meet on Sunday, February 9th, in front of the U.S. Botanic Gardens (100 Maryland Ave SW) at 3:30 p.m. There will be prayer, meditation, discussions and snacks!

Rabbis for Human Rights (RHR) is an Israeli organization, active in three main areas -- work within and about the Occupied Territories; work to promote social and economic justice within Israel; and activities in the fields of education and interreligious dialogue. For TuBShevat, RHR has created a donation drive for trees in Palestinian villages close to Jerusalem and in unrecognized Bedouin villages in the Negev.
